It allows innovators to test out new ideas in a real-life environment without impacting actual operations. 

Innovators can also engage internal and external stakeholders to facilitate idea generation, proof-of-concept development and collaboration.

The lab also promotes an innovative culture and create a knowledge network with colleagues’ knowledge and expertise.
